Redwood Remodel

This home got it’s name from the wall to wall redwood hardwood flooring and red paint colors that filled the home. Fortunately our client had a clear idea of opening up the floorplan and bringing in some beautiful neutral colors and fixtures that will stand the test of time. New white oak floors were laid throughout the main floor and the staircase. After tearing down a wall to provide that open concept feel, we added 2 new islands in the kitchen for plenty of space to prepare food and entertain guests. The primary bathroom was taken down to the studs to allow our client to enahnace the natural light that flows in, and create a truly luxurious bathroom with double vanities, a new marble shower, and free standing bathtub. Removing the last of the redwood in the home, we replaced the single front door and transoms with beautiful eight foot french doors in black with black hardware for the ultimate “wow” factor.

Southern Charm Remodel

We were fortunate to be able to return to our clients custom home that we built several years ago, and add some modern updates throughout the main floor and basement. From the custom built cabinetry, to the floor to ceiling marble guest shower, this home has all of the modern charm you could ever want. We added a larger island for entertaining, and updated the guest rooms in the walk out basement so that everyone feels some of that southern hospitality. The living room boasts coffered ceilings and large windows to let allow the natural light to flood the room. Modern elements, including a custom built floating vanity, keep this home modern, while still staying true to its southern roots.
